This is a story of my grandmother Vlasta, 91, captured during what has been her last week spent at home with family, in between hospitalizations.  

At the end of life, in many ways, she become a child again and offered us the opportunity to give back the care we once received from her as kids.

Grandma was slowly deteriorating, often living in her own world where present-day reality was mixed with the long past memory of people who are no longer with us.
